II Level Master in Intestinal Ultrasound in Inflammatory Bowel Disease A.Y. 2026/2027

The programme corresponds to a II level Master within the academic Italian system.

Upon completion of the 12‑month programme, including the professional training and the final project dissertation, participants are awarded of 60 ECTS.

Is delivered in English and will start from November 23rd, 2026.

The teaching activities will be delivered in a blended format.

Theoretical activities take place remotely, through recorded video-lessons available on a dedicated e-learning platform. The curriculum is organized into four modules; at the end of each module, and online Q&A session and a mandatory assessment test will be held. Successful completion of the final test of each module is required to access the consecutive module. 

Practical activities take place in person at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele facilities and will be structured in two stages: 

1) Observership hands-off training: 2 weeks;

2) Hands-off training: 4 weeks.

Schedule and arrangment will be agreed with the Master's Program Director and tutors. Participation may take place either consecutively or distributed over the course of the academic year, depending also on the participant's professional commitments. 

The programme will conclude with the writing of a clinical research thesis, to be discussed as final assessment in front of the Master's Academic Commitee.
