Call for application for accommodation in the UniSR Student Residences

Candidates can access Melghera Residence and Cassinella by participating to the call for allocation of rooms reserved to enrolled students and to students enrolling for the first time in UniSR.

Priority for these rooms is given to students already residing in the residences in the previous academic year. Should the already residing students not confirm their rooms, the rooms will be made available for new students.

Students can apply for rooms at full fare by chosing one of the two residences.

Vita-Salute San Raffaele University annually makes accommodation available to students at a reduced rate at the Cassinella Residence - Vimodrone.

Call for Applications for rooms at special fare for 2025/2026 Academic Year, the English translation has been made available only for transparency and greater diffusion of the documents of this University.

In any case, the Italian version of this Call for Applications is the authentic reference for contents and deadlines.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION SUBMISSION

To submit your scholarship application, please click here:

STEP 1: ACCESS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION

• Students already enrolled at Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele: log in with your UniSR credentials using the LOGIN ATENEO option and complete your personal profile;
• Students not yet enrolled: use ACCESS WITH CREDENTIALS option to register. After registration, log in again using your fiscal code and the password you chose.

STEP 2: COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORM

Click on the “APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP AND BENEFITS” function, go to “APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP AND BENEFITS A.Y. 2025/2026” section and fill in all required fields.

At the end of the process:

• a summary will be generated, indicating also the mandatory attachments required for your application to be valid;
• once you confirm the application using the appropriate button “CONFIRM”, you will receive an email confirming that the application has been filled in;
• From the following day, you will be able to download the PDF summary from the “RECEIPTS” section.

📌 IMPORTANT: Filling in the online application is not enough! Your application will be considered valid only if all mandatory attachments are uploaded (STEP 3).

STEP 3: UPLOADING ATTACHMENTS

In the section “UPOLOAD DOCUMENTS”, you must upload all mandatory attachments within the deadline.

👉 If the information related to your household income was not entered during the completion of the scholarship application, you can later use the “INCOME DATA COMPLETION” function to provide it. In this case, you will then need to return to the “UPLOAD DOCUMENTS” section and attach the relevant documents, in accordance with the deadlines indicated in the Call for Applications.

Students living in Vita-Salute San Raffaele University accommodation are entitled to the tax breaks granted by art. 15, comma 1, point i-sexies of the Italian Consolidation Law on Income Tax, under which students enrolled on a degree course based in a municipality at least 100 km from their municipality of residence and in a different province are entitled to deduct 19% of their accommodation cost (up to a maximum amount of Euro 2,633.00 per annum) from their tax bill.
