Cassinella Fees

Cassinella Residence offers accommodation for a total of 112 students as follows:

• 77 places at full fare equal to € 7,000.00;
• 35 places at reduced fare for students who meet the requirements (merit and income) specified in the call for applications for the regional scholarships. The reduced fare will be published after the notice of regional scholarship.

The amount of the fees equal to € 7,000.00 to be paid according to the following installments:

• Students already assigned in the A.Y. 2024/2025:

First installment            € 1,000 due when the room is assigned to the student

Second installment     € 2,000 upon formal acceptance of the room

Third installment          € 2,000 due 10/01/2026

Fourth installment       € 2,000 due 30/04/2026

• Students applying for the first time in the A.Y. 2025/2026:

First installment            € 3,000 due when the room is assigned to the student

Second installment     € 2,000 due 10/01/2026

Third installment          € 2,000 due 30/04/2026

The fees are for the single bedroom occupied by the single student and for the period from:

• September 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 for students already living in the residence;
• September 15, 2025* to July 31, 2026 for students applying for the first time.

*The room will be given from 15 September 2025, first to non-EU students residing abroad and, afterwards, to all the others.

Please note that the Residences are closed for the Christmas holidays from December 24, 2025 until January 6, 2026.

The payment of the first installment and, only for students already residing at full rate in the A.Y 2024/2025 also of the second installment, must be paid by bank transfer to:

Subsequent instalments must be paid via the MAV payment system, using the form provided on the student's Intranet page once the matriculation procedures have been completed.

A single bill for the entire fee will be issued, specifying the payment due dates as stated above.

Prior to admission to the assigned room and upon formal acceptance, an interest-free deposit of € 500 must be paid through bank transfer indicating:
